Template parts not printing

While a specific template has parts associated with it, none of the parts are being printed.

Possible causes for the behavior:

Insufficient parts

If the number of parts associated with a particular template is low, the Candidate Job created by the system may not have enough coverage to automatically promote the job to a Printer Job until more parts are added.

Solution:

Find the Candidate job, or jobs, and manually promote them.

Unavailable Printers

The Template may specify only printer models that are not currently connected to the Funnel. This may occur because of human error when defining the Template or if the printers the Template specifies are all offline for some reason.

Solution:

Check that the Template defines printer models that are available.

Verify that all the printers that the Template specifies are online.

Parts all fail placement

This can happen if the Template uses a material that cannot be printed on any printer due to a mismatch of wavelengths see Material/Printer missmatch.

Solution

Change the Template to use a printer with the correct wavelength.
