Getting Started with Funnel

To get started with the Funnel you first need to setup an account.

Creating the account

For the User Testing each organisation will receive a welcome email to the contact person. The contact person can follow the link in the email to complete the required organisational details. If more details are required see Setting up an account.

Connect your printers

To use the Funnel you will need to connect 1, or more, Asiga printers running firmware version 2025-06-03 or later. Printers can be added and removed at any time. See Enrolling Printers for full details.

Set up Materials

The different materials your organisation uses to print need to be set up in the Funnel. You can import the Material files from the Asiga database or import the Organisations custom Material files. Details for both are given in Setting up Materials

Set up Templates

A template is used to direct Funnel how to print parts that are linked to the template. Details are give in Setting up Templates.

Invite Users

If more than one person will be using the Funnel they need to be invited into the organisation account. Details are given on Inviting Users

Subscribe to a Plan

Even in User Testing you must subscribe to a usage plan. However we provide you with a dummy card number you can use during the testing phase. Details are given on Subscribing to the Service
